These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Alqa Tech Android POS application and related website/services (the “Services”).
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Pricing and purchase
The Android POS app is sold as a one-time purchase of ₹5555 (unless explicitly stated otherwise on the checkout page).
All prices are shown in INR and may include applicable taxes where stated during checkout.
Payments (Razorpay)
Payments are processed by Razorpay.
You agree to provide accurate payment details and comply with Razorpay’s payment flow and any applicable bank/UPI requirements.
No storage of payment instrument data
Alqa Tech does not store card numbers, UPI PINs, CVVs, or netbanking credentials on its servers.
Payment authorization and processing are handled by Razorpay and payment networks.
License to use the app
After successful payment, Alqa Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your internal business use, subject to these Terms.
You must not copy, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
User responsibilities (data and settings)
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you enter into the app, including customer data and shop settings.
If you enter an AI API Key, you confirm you have the right to use it and you are responsible for any third‑party charges or usage associated with that key.
Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems/accounts or disrupt the Services.
- Upload malware or misuse the app in a way that harms other users or the Company.
Refunds and cancellations
Unless a separate written refund policy is displayed on the website/checkout, all purchases are final except where required by applicable law.
For payment issues (e.g., charged but not activated), contact info@alqatech.in with transaction details for verification and resolution.
Service availability and updates
We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features to improve security, stability, or functionality.
Intellectual property
The app, branding, website content, and all related intellectual property belong to Alqa Tech or its licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.
Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alqa Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits/data/goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the app (₹5555), except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time; for account-related requests, contact info@alqatech.in.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction over Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless required otherwise by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
