Refund Policy

Effective Date: 28 December 2025

This Refund Policy applies to the purchase of Alqa Tech’s Android POS application (the “Product”), which is sold as a one-time purchase.

Refund eligibility (7-day window)

Refunds are allowed only if the refund request is raised within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Any request submitted after 7 days from purchase will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund processing timeline (14 business days)

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
The actual time for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on your bank/payment method.

  • Your name
  • Registered email/phone number
  • Razorpay payment reference / transaction ID
  • Purchase date
  • Reason for refund request (optional but helpful)

Refund method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout (where supported by the payment processor).

Non-refundable cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 7-day window.
  • Inability to use the Product due to device incompatibility, lack of internet access, or third-party service issues outside our control.
  • Issues caused by user modifications, misuse, or unauthorized changes to the Product.
